Although we specialise in therapy for adults experiencing past traumatic events, anxiety, depression and low self-worth, we have extensive experience supporting diverse populations and a wide range of mental health concerns.

We draw from EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mind-Body Bridging, family and group therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for couples. We also incorporate attachment theory and mentalization-based psychodynamic psychotherapy.

We specialise in helping clients with:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Addiction
  • Grief
  • Chronic illness
  • Caregiving
  • Divorce and family conflict
  • Life transitions
  • Relationship issues
  • Self-esteem
  • Spirituality

Anxiety

Fear and anxiety are common, evolutionary emotions that help us protect ourselves. But when the alarm bells ring constantly it becomes exhausting, and we start avoiding parts of our lives to feel safe. Anxiety disorders include Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), specific phobias, Social Anxiety Disorder, Selective Mutism, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia and Separation Anxiety Disorder. Anxiety disorders are both very common and very treatable.

Parenting

Parenting a child, adolescent or young adult who is struggling is hard, and common-sense techniques or advice from well-meaning friends often are not enough. Over time this cycle can leave parents and children frustrated and sometimes hopeless. In therapy we address limit-setting and ways to support your children.

Our approach is forward-looking, focusing on your goals and desires rather than remaining rooted in past obstacles.
