Meet the team
Andrew Sidoli, LCSW — Owner
Andrew specializes in therapy for adults suffering from past traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, and low self-worth, with extensive experience treating a wide array of populations and issues including PTSD, medical issues, relational issues, and separation/divorce.
He draws from EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mind-Body Bridging, family and group therapy, and attachment/mentalization-based psychodynamic psychotherapy. He is trained in trauma therapy, including TF-CBT and Prolonged Exposure. His approach is forward-looking — focusing on goals and desires rather than dwelling on past hurdles — which can be particularly helpful for couples.
Patrick Blythe, MSW
Patrick works with people from teens through adults, across substance use and mental health, and with families and individuals. His approaches include Trauma-Informed Therapy, Mind-Body Bridging, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Feminist Perspective. He is a University of Utah graduate.
The team is bilingual — Spanish, English, French, and Italian are spoken.
