A closer look
Anxiety. Anxiety disorders include generalized anxiety, specific phobias, social anxiety, selective mutism, panic
disorder, agoraphobia, and separation anxiety. They are common and treatable — we work with you to systematically
overcome these fears.
Depression. Depression can bring changes in sleep or eating, decreased energy, and loss of interest in things that were
once pleasurable. It includes persistent depressive disorder, major depressive disorder, and bipolar disorder. We help
you accurately identify and manage your emotional experiences and rediscover pleasure in activities and relationships.
Trauma & PTSD. About 1 in 3 people who experience trauma develop PTSD. Symptoms can include intrusive memories,
nightmares, flashbacks, avoidance, self-blame, and changes in mood. Treatments we offer include Trauma-Focused CBT
(TF-CBT) for children and adolescents and Prolonged Exposure Therapy for adults.
Parenting. Parent training and support for managing challenging child or adolescent behaviors, limit-setting, and
building your children's independence and success.
Executive functioning. Tutoring for attention, organization, planning, time management, task initiation, and working
memory.
